Law Student Puts Cop In His Place After Being Unlawfully Stopped For Carrying A Gun In Maine (by isawitfirstonline)
Let’s put aside whether, as a matter of courtesy and decency, one ought to answer questions from a cop that one is not obligated to answer. This video shows the enormous gap between what the law says and how it is enforced. It is extremely hard to safeguard one’s constitutional rights in this country. Law enforcement, as a matter of policy and practice, seek to violate your rights all of the time. And this isn’t just unfortunate or unfair—it’s worse, because it delegitimizes the operation of our criminal justice system. When you combine this with the rate by which we imprison our citizens, we end up with an unconscionable wrong that will blight our generation in the eyes of future ones.

this gun carring law student should be charged with public endangerment, public arrogance, threatening the poblic order and for being a Jerk-off- he should not be allowed a license to own a gun and should be fined for a breach of the peace-
