When it’s about a white person with a lot of potential not making it big, it’s always about the training (and luck). Oh, you didn’t get training in Europe. It’s not that the Russians have a genetic or physical advantage, they just have superior training. 

When it’s about a person of color (especially someone who is Black) with a lot of potential not making it big…oh, you’re naturally too athletic (or not athletic). You don’t have the right body. You don’t have the right genetics. It’s never about the training.

How do people not see how racist this is??? Race is not a biological construct; race is a social construct.
